About us
Telecoms by Sims and Company Limited is a fibre network infrastructure contractor built on close to 25 years of hands-on experience in the UK telecommunications industry.
A small team with a long record
The company is led by its founder and director, Wayne Sims, who has spent his working life in fibre and telecoms delivery. Around him is a core of two directly employed staff and roughly twelve experienced field engineers.
That structure is deliberate. It keeps decisions close to the work, it means the person you speak to knows what is happening on site, and it lets us scale a crew to a programme without carrying overhead our clients end up paying for.
